Rava Idli

Ingredients:
Rava (sooji)               1 C
Oil                             3 Tbsp
Curd                         2 C
Salt                           1/2 tsp
Urad dal                    1 tsp
Mustard                     1 tsp
Baking powder          1 tsp
Green chilies              3 chopped
Coriander leaves        2 Tbsp chopped

Method:

    * Heat oil add mustard and Urad dal. Add rava and fry for two minutes.
    * Cool for 5-10 minutes.
    * Add sour curds and rest of the ingredients.
    * Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
    * If the batter becomes too thick add little water to bring it to idli consistency.
    * Pour into idli moulds and steam it in iddli steamer.
