Paneer Chilli    

Ingredients

10 square pieces of (paneer) cottage cheese
1 tbsp soya sauce chutney
1/4 cup chilli sauce
1/4 cup tomato sauce
4 green chillies chopped
1 tablespoon green coriander chopped
1/2 tea spoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds powder
1/2 cup gram flour

Method

1:  Mix soya , tomato and chilli sauce, green chillies, coriander, garam masala and jeera with besan to prepare a thick batter.
2:  If necessary add more water. Heat oil till it boils and reduce heat to medium.
3:  Dip paneer pieces in the batter and fry till golden brown.
4:  Remove on a newspaper or a kitchen paper to drain excess oil.
5:  Serve hot with chutney.
